We offer a white glove holiday lighting service!

At The Grounds Guys, we provide the everything you need to highlight your home or business for the holiday season!  We provide a custom design and install service that includes materials, maintenance, removal and storage.  Consider it a hands-off, white glove service......all you have to do is let us provide you a FREE estimate!


What is included in our packages?

We include design service as well as the entire installation, removal and maintenance services.  

  • Roofline Lights, Door Openings, Windows, etc.
  • Prelit Wreaths (with bows) and Garland
  • Shrub and Tree Lighting
  • On/Off Timer
We begin installations in October and removals are completed in January.  We provide a timer, so you can turn them on and turn them off when you're ready.  All service calls are included at no additional cost!

We'll install, maintain and remove the lights and call you next year!  NO contracts.  This is a full rental service.*

*Unlike other services, The Grounds Guys provides a rental-only holiday lighting service.  The Grounds Guys maintains ownership of all materials used.  


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How much does this service cost?  There are a lot of variables to how much you may need to budget for this service.  Generally speaking, a minimum package will run about $999 for a standard residential property.  But we also do Homeowner HOA's and Commercial properties that exceed $5,000.  So there's a huge range and a lot of options.
  2. Do you use LED lights or Incandescent?  We ONLY install commercial grade LED lights on your property.  We do NOT use any incandescent at all.   The LED technology is so good these days, you'll love LED!  And you're likely to have a lower electrical bill too!  
  3. Can you install lights we already own?  The short answer is unfortunately no.  Due to insurance reasons (we're fully insured), we can not be held responsible for products and materials we didn't provide and store.  And frankly, it takes a LOT of time to work with customer-provided materials that we're unfamiliar with.
  4. Do you provide lawn ornaments or inflatables?  Lawn ornaments?  Yes.  Inflatables?  No.  Keep in mind, if your budget doesn't allow you to have US provide lawn ornaments, you can add them to our display once we're gone!
  5. How do we pay?  Because the installation season is so short, we do require residential customers pay 100% up front prior to install.  We invoice electronically for your convenience.  We will work with Commercial customers on a custom payment term.
  6. Are you insured?  Yes, we are insured and carry liability as well as Worker's Compensation insurance.  You're protected!
